Return Policy:

You may return new, unused items with the original tags attached within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving an incorrect or defective item—we’ll cover the return shipping costs. It’s important to note that items returned after the 60-day window will not be eligible for a refund; instead, store credit will be issued for future purchases.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Login to Your Account: Start by logging into your account on our website. Navigate to the "Complete Orders" section under the My Account menu, where you’ll find your order history.

  2. Select the Item for Return: Once you’ve located the relevant order, click the "Return Item(s)" button next to the item you wish to return.

  3. Processing and Notification: After we receive your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm that the return has been processed. Your refund will be issued within five business days of us receiving the returned item. If you requested an exchange for a different size or color, we’ll ship the replacement item to you within the same timeframe (though, in most cases, it's even quicker).
