You may return new items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within five business days after we receive your return. If you have returned an item for a different size, we will ship the replacement item to you within five business days although actual time is generally shorter.
Please send to us at 2829 N. Glenoaks Blvd. Suite 103, Burbank, CA 91504 and include a note with your original order number and instructions for the exchange/refund. If returning for an exchange please make sure to indicate the item you want, the color, and the size!
