When will I receive my rewards?

Rewards are issued after your eligible order has been fully fulfilled, not immediately when you place it. If your order ships in separate packages, rewards are issued after the entire order is fulfilled.

Does my store credit expire?

No. Your earned Tattoo Golf Rewards store credit does not expire, so you can use it when you’re ready for your next purchase.

Can I earn rewards when I use store credit?

The portion of an order paid with existing store credit does not earn additional rewards. Any remaining eligible merchandise amount can still earn 10% back.

For example, if you purchase $100 in eligible merchandise after discounts and apply $20 in store credit, the remaining $80 earns $8 in new rewards. Taxes and shipping are not included in this example.

What happens if I return an item?

Refunds reduce the rewards earned on the associated purchase. If part or all of an eligible order is refunded, the corresponding reward amount is adjusted.

Do previous purchases qualify?

Only eligible orders placed after the program launches qualify for rewards. Purchases made before launch, draft orders, and Shopify Collective orders are excluded.
