Dancing Skulls Collection — FAQs

What's the story behind the Dancing Skulls design?

Dancing Skulls is one of Tattoo Golf's original graphic families — playful, animated skull characters in golf poses, mid-swing, or holding drinks at the 19th hole. It sits on the lighter, more humorous end of our skull-graphic lineup (Skulls & Roses is more traditional, Party Animal is edgier). If you like the tattoo aesthetic but want a wink of humor, this is the collection to start in.

What products come in the Dancing Skulls print?

Golf shirts (polos and long-sleeves), shorts, hats, and accessories. Not every piece cycles through every season — some shirts drop as limited seasonal runs while the classic Dancing Skulls polo stays in the ongoing catalog. Check the collection page for what's currently available.

Is Dancing Skulls appropriate for private-club dress codes?

In most cases yes. The graphics are stylized cartoon skulls rather than anything overtly aggressive, and they read as tattoo-culture art the same way our other prints do. That said, if your club has a strict "no graphic prints" policy, opt for the solid Cool-Stretch polos instead — always check with the pro shop if you're playing a new course with unknown standards.

What fabric are the Dancing Skulls pieces made from?

All shirts and shorts in the Dancing Skulls line use Cool-Stretch performance fabric — 4-way stretch, moisture-wicking, quick-drying. Same technical build as our solid polos, just with the Dancing Skulls print applied over it. Hats use a matching or coordinating fabric depending on style.

Do the Dancing Skulls prints match with other Tattoo Golf pieces?

Yes. The palette usually leans black, white, red, and grey, so a Dancing Skulls polo pairs with solid Cool-Stretch shorts in any neutral color. Matching between Dancing Skulls and other skull-graphic collections (Skulls & Roses, Party Animal) works best if you're doing solid-bottom outfits — stacking two skull prints in one outfit is intentionally maximalist.
