Implementation notes for Tattoo Golf team

Internal — not shown in customer-facing FAQ copy.

  1. Policy cleanup needed. The public Refund Policy page says 30 days, while the Returns page says 60 days. Align the two pages before launch. This Help Center leads with the 60-day Returns page wording and flags the discrepancy in the “Refund policy versus returns page” article.
  2. Wire search to Shopify / Help Center backend later. Today this site uses client-side search over a static article index. When ready, swap app.js's search() for a Shopify storefront search or HelpScout/Zendesk API. The DOM structure is API-agnostic.
  3. Complete the women's size chart. The current size chart page lists women's values (37, 39, 41, 43, 45, 25–29, 33, 35, “Waist”) without row/column labels. Have the product team publish a labeled women's table so we can show real numbers instead of routing shoppers to support.
  4. Add garment care specifics if desired. The current website does not state wash/dry instructions for Cool-Stretch fabrics. We avoided inventing care steps. If marketing wants a Care article, get the official wash/dry/iron guidance from the manufacturer first.
  5. Add Account & Rewards detail. The contact page references “Join program to get rewards,” “Redeem your points for discounts,” and reward expiration — but the underlying rewards program is not publicly documented. Once the program is finalized, expand the Account & Rewards article.
  6. Confirm business hours. No hours are posted publicly. Either publish them or keep the “email any time” phrasing used here.
